From November 22 to December 9, the exhibition hall of the Casa de Cultura exhibits a sample of works made using the Patchwork technique.
This is the collection of the neighbor of Bullas, Pepi Sánchez, which teaches bedspreads, tablecloths, cushions and even bags and dresses using this technique that has more than 300 years of history.
The Patchwork was born from the need to take advantage of the remnants that were left loose, and today it has become a craft technique with which you can create authentic works of art.
It consists of joining fabrics of different colors and sizes using different techniques to form motifs that are used for decoration or for clothing, it has no limits, except the imagination of the person who sews them.
From the Department of Culture of the City of Bullas encourage neighbors to see this exhibition that will draw attention to the different and striking colors in the works made.
