PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN has received the visit of the Secretary General of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises, Raúl Blanco Díaz, interested in knowing innovative companies like this one.
It was the first to launch a cheese without lactose, currently converted into a specific category, and has also been the first in our country to inform consumers of the intensity of the flavor of their cheeses by rating them from 1 to 5 (1 being the softest flavor and 5 the strongest).
Raúl Blanco was accompanied by the delegate of the Government of the Region of Murcia and the mayor of the municipality of Bullas where the company is located.
PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN, integrated in Grupo Fuertes, is dedicated to the elaboration of cheeses and dairy products, mainly from goat's milk.
