This past weekend the third edition of the Craft Beer Festival in Bullas was celebrated.
The Young Center La Almazara, newly remodeled and expanded its capacity, hosted on August 9, 10 and 11 the Festival that the organizers decided to celebrate on this occasion in summer since in the previous editions it was in February.
This year, the Festival has had 8 brewers from the Region of Murcia: Batel de Cartagena, El Cantero de Puerto Lumbreras, Hyena de Murcia, Pepitas de Murcia, Ricote Valley de Ricote, Trinitaria de Torre Pacheco and Yakka de Murcia.
And also, the organizers Hijos de la Ipa, of Bullas, who together with the City of Bullas and Borrego Canalla Restaurant scheduled a few days with different activities.
There were tastings of beers of different flavors, dinners and food pairings in the Workshop of Flavors of Bullas directed by Juana Fernández, a beer lunch on Saturday morning, lottery of beer, pairing with desserts and pairing with ham and cheese directed by Javier Muñoz, professional of the cut.
In addition, Ludoteca service was provided by Cachivache.
And the musical touch with the live performances of Marcos García and his band on Friday night and Saturday the Tocata group of Murcia.
"A varied program, entertaining and for all types of audiences with a common denominator that all were beer lovers" said the Councilor for Commerce, Chari Martinez, who has highlighted "the good work" of the organizers and thanked all the brewers to come to Bullas in this summer time.
