The Forest Fire Defense Unit of the General Directorate of the Natural Environment is collaborating in the disinfection work, after its offer to act in the municipality as it is doing in other towns in the Region.
Ten vehicles and 25 personnel will act in the disinfection tasks, thus intensifying the work already carried out by municipal operators in this regard.
Therefore, places and areas susceptible to contamination by Covid-19 coronavirus will continue to be disinfected within the disinfection and cleaning work plan.
The tasks focus on the affluence areas such as the environment of the Health Center, supermarkets, open shops, municipal market, Local Police, pharmacies, municipal offices, as well as in the most crowded places.
"Our gratitude is maximum, since they join efforts and give enormous tranquility to the population in which day after day they are showing incredible human strength," says the Councilor for Municipal Services, Juan Valera.
