On Mondays and Wednesdays, starting on May 18, the Bullas Wine Route Association offers you the following activity: "Unveiling gastronomic secrets of the Bullas Wine Route".From 19 to 20 hours, the Association's restaurants and wineries will teach how to prepare a dish that will combine perfectly with a DO Bullas wine.
Previous days they will publish in the social networks of the Route and of the restaurant itself the name of the dish, ingredients it carries and the wine with which it pairs.The sommelier Pepe Sánchez will act as moderator in connection with the Restaurant that will present his gastronomic proposal, secrets of its preparation, as well as the ingredients of the dish.#YomaridoconBullas contestIn addition, users are invited to participate in a parallel contest.
From their Instagram account they must post a video of a proposal for a dish prepared by them and paired with a wine from one of the wineries belonging to the Bullas Wine Route.
The duration of the video must be a maximum of one minute.
The Bullas Wine Route must be labeled and include the hashtag #yomaridoconBullas.A jury will decide which three winners will win three batches of DOP BULLAS wines.The maximum deadline for the presentation of videos is until June 15 at 00.00.
The winner of the contest will be announced on Monday, June 22.
