The regional government has approved a proposal of the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure, a grant of 28,000 euros to the City of Bullas for the development works and redevelopment of the old part of town and the hamlet of La Copa.
This amount will be used to produce works for the sustainability of urban areas in order to optimize the residential fabric and recover the environment both in the urban area of ​​Bullas and Cup.
Bullas these areas, which have suffered a significant degradation process and revitalized, making it necessary to improve both the general state of the buildings and the urban environment.
The objective is to obtain a substantial change in the living conditions of families in situations of vulnerability and social exclusion.
This grant is part of the aid program for Regeneration Areas and Urban Renewal (ARRU), part of the current Development Plan housing rental, the edificatoria rehabilitation and regeneration and urban renewal.
The overall amount of the planned project in the municipality of Bullas is 770,000 euros, of que690.000 euros correspond to investment of 80,000 euros to rehabilitation and redevelopment.
