This morning the Director General of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), Alejandro Zamora, visited Bullas to know 'in situ' work being done by the student workers of the Joint Employment and Training Program funded by the SEF.
Before, I had a meeting with the Mayor, Maria Dolores Muñoz, who transferred him the need for Bullas is within a Regional Council.
"The municipality meets the criteria required" Munoz said, adding that "it would be appropriate to decrease unemployment by punished as in the agriculture sector."
In this sense, not being Bullas within the first Edil County Council he requested the Director General to continue every year with mixed employment programs for training and occupation.
As the Joint Employment and Training Program currently offered in the municipality, this allows 15 unemployed between 25 and 54 years of the town alternate training and paid professional experience in carpentry work.
Specifically, the actions are concentrated on performing work for the proper operation and maintenance of municipal public facilities.
Meanwhile, Zamora said during his visit that "employment sheds very positive data in Bullas, for example, that unemployment among the under 25s has dropped 17 percent in one year, going from 123 to 102 unemployed" .
Also, the director of the SEF said that "the number of members of Social Security in the city has risen more than 3 percent from September 2015, which is great news."
