Bullas Town Hall talks about the Life Sec Adapt project at the Innpulsa Conference on Climate Change (14/06/2017)

Last week was presented in Murcia the proposed Climate Change Law promoted by the Collective New Culture for the Climate, within the framework of the INNPULSA 2017, organized by the Official College of Industrial Technical Engineers of the Region of Murcia, and On this occasion dedicated to understanding and understanding Climate Change.

The Councilor for Finance, Urbanism, New Technologies and Transparency of the Bullas City Council, Juan Pedro Muñoz, participated in the meeting explaining to the participants the Plan for Adaptation to climate change in the municipality.

More specifically, he spoke about the Life SEC Adapt Project, which aims, inter alia, to adopt and update the model of energy-sustainable communities as a support for climate management in local entities.

He also referred to the ACT-LIFE project, developed by the Bullas City Council between 2010 and 2013, which emerged from the need to create a model to help cities develop a local adaptation strategy that takes into account environmental impacts, Social and economic impacts of climate change.

The Conference was presented by Ramón José Otón, secretary of the College / Association of graduates in engineering of the Industrial Branch and Industrial Technical Engineers of the Region of Murcia.

INNPULSA 2017 organizes the first Thursday of each month a day where different topics related to renewables will be discussed.

The INNPULSA Forum completes its annual activities with training courses.
