The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'SPINAKAS', has developed a second phase of the investigation that has allowed six people, members of a criminal group, to be arrested as suspected perpetrators of robbery with force In buildings and commercial establishments of Bullas.

Three of those arrested were arrested in the middle of this month during the first phase of the operation.

In the register practiced in an address of Bullas have been seized several mobile phones and watches supposedly coming from the robbery.

The operation began when the Civil Guard was aware of several robberies committed in homes and businesses in the town of Bullas, a fact that had generated some social alarm.

Second phase of the SPINAKAS operation

The investigation continued with the objective of clarifying another series of illicit acts, allegedly related to this criminal organization, while it was known that the group's main leader had been released, thus establishing new vigilance in their surroundings.

These surveillance devices, made up of agents of the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Bullas, have allowed the suspect and a woman to be caught and caught in the act while they were robbing a restaurant in the municipality of Bullas, Was the object of other assaults, attributed, at the time, to these same people.

The investigations carried out have allowed four other men and a woman to be identified who, once located, have been detained as alleged perpetrators of the robbery with force and belonging to a criminal organization.

The investigators have informed the judicial authority of the outcome of the investigation and have requested authorization for entry and registration at a Bullas address.

The examination of the property has allowed the recovery of several mobile phones and watches, allegedly from theft, that have been seized and brought to justice.

The Civil Guard has determined that those now detained were part of a criminal group that organized their criminal actions in a coordinated way to ensure their impunity.

The alleged leader of the 27-year-old male Spanish man Cehegín, who had a large criminal record, was caught in the same custody on the day he was released and has been remanded in detention.

The 'SPINAKAS' operation, carried out in two phases, culminated in the arrest of six people, four men, aged between 27 and 33 years old, and two women aged 29 and 32, who were members of a group of Bullas and Cehegín Criminal who is credited with the alleged perpetration of at least a dozen robbery crimes with force.
