Yesterday, the first training action promoted by the General Directorate for Women and Equal Opportunities was held at the Casa de Cultura, within the framework of the Operational Program of the European Social Fund of the Region of Murcia, 2014-2020, whereby has developed a training itinerary aimed at women who are going to start a business, and those who lead their own company, need training for the consolidation of the business project.
The first of the so-called "formative pills" was about verbal and non-verbal communication, which we communicate when we do not speak.
The next one has to do with emotional intelligence and is entitled "Coaching and emotional intelligence to lead teams".
The Organization of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (OMEP) will hold this workshop on Thursday, December 14, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the House of Culture of Bullas, also free and aimed at women.
Places are limited to 15 people, by strict order of registration.
