The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has carried out the operation 'ACID MINT', an investigation aimed at clarifying several crimes of burglary in Bullas housing, which has resulted in the arrest of a person with a large criminal record to which is attributed, so far, the alleged authorship of five crimes of burglary in rural homes.
The investigation was initiated when security personnel of the Benemérita prevention detected the commission of several robberies with force in country houses located in the rural area of ​​the municipality of Bullas, which had generated some social alarm.
The Civil Guard inspected the houses assaulted and detected coincidences in the modus operandi used to access, as well as in its geographical proximity, which allowed establishing a criminal pattern chosen by the suspect to commit the robberies.
Following this line of investigation, the civil guards found out that one of the houses in the area, located in a high area of ​​the area, had been rented by a neighbor of the municipality with a bulky criminal record, on which the investigation was initiated.

The Civil Guard, in collaboration with the Local Police Bullas, ordered a series of surveillance aimed at preventing future thefts, as well as the surveillance of the suspect, who had left the rented property to reside in another, located in the urban area of ​​the municipality .
Once the necessary evidence was obtained, the location of the suspect and the registration of two properties were arranged: a ship rented by the latter and his last known address.

The action has culminated with the arrest of the male suspect, 31, Spanish and neighbor of Bullas as alleged perpetrator of at least five crimes of burglary in homes.

According to the investigation, the now detained took advantage of the proximity of his home with the rest of the country houses in the area and its geographical location, in the upper part of the rural area, to control the presence of neighbors and select the point of easier access to enter the buildings, as well as to move quickly with the stolen objects in their possession.
The Operation 'ACID MINT' has culminated with the arrest of a person, the clarification of five crimes of burglary in Bullas country houses and the recovery of a variety of stolen effects that, once brought to justice, have been returned to their owners.
The arrested with a bulky criminal record, the effects recovered and the proceedings ordered have been made available to the Magistrate's Court of Mula (Murcia).
