The Wine Museum will host on 14 Bullas, 15 and 17 December, a wine tasting course with the subject of Biodynamic Farming and protagonist.
In this course the learner will know the sensory capabilities related to the wine tasting, and expand knowledge types.
A workshop to promote organic viticulture and agricultural practices in the area, expanding knowledge about the culture and history of wine in the DO Bullas, and which also will release preparation habits, breeding and marketing of wine.
The faculty is composed of three experts, Maria Angeles Martinez, Bachelor of Oenology, Maria Jose Fernandez, Ph.D. Chemistry, and Luis Javier Perez, PhD in Science and Food Technology, who will teach this course organized by the Route Bullas wine with the cooperation of the City and Council of the Designation of Origin.
The course will be held in the museum at 17.00 hours to 21.00 hours (14 and 15 December) and from 10.30 to 18.00 (17 December).
