Closing of the Employment and Training Workshop "The Cantos" (14/12/2012)

The director general of the Regional Employment and Training (SEF), Ginés Martínez, along with the mayor of Bullas, Pedro Chico, closed this morning and made delivery of the diplomas to the 22 students of the specialties of buildings maintainer-repairman and archeology assistants, who have participated in the employment workshop "The Cantos".

Martinez, has recognized the work of students, teachers and municipal "have contributed to the enhancement of the site for the enjoyment of those who come from outside and Bullas citizens".

Also stressed that "the primary objective of these programs is to train and provide new opportunities in the job search."

Throughout this year, students have access conditioning, archaeological studies, created a visitor center, marked and created tourist brochures for dissemination.

A project funded by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment amounting to a total of EUR 484,381.92.

For his part, the Mayor said that the first phase ends "that will make it more attractive Bullas" and that the site be included in the tourist offer, recalling that for this weekend's scheduled a conference doors open 10:00 13.30 to the general public.

After the first phase, Chico has referred to a second in which addressing students have been encouraged to undertake a business activity.

The Roman Villa of The Cantos

The archaeological remains found in the town of Bullas Roman villa belonging to a model that responds to the colonization of the territory that was developed during the Roman period.
