The Governing Council has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning and the City of Bullas to carry the development of Information System Housing Murcia (SIVMURCIA) Region.
Specifically, it is gathering information related to the housing sector for joining the Territorial System of Reference, by geoportal SIVMURCIA integrated into SITMURCIA, based on the interplay of different spatial information, such as consumption of services for status information of the housing stock.
This agreement enables the exchange of information between the regional and local administrations, strengthening the lines of collaboration to increase efficiency in the development of analysis and diagnosis as a basis for drafting plans and strategies in the area of ​​housing.
The aim of the initiative of the regional government is making available to the public authorities, other institutions and the general public accurate information on the housing sector to enable strategic planning for the sector.
