The square of Spain has served as the backdrop for more than a hundred students from schools Bishops Garcia-Ródenas, Artero, Antonio Machado de La Copa and Love of God surrender a special tribute to the literature on the day that commemorates worldwide the 'Book Day'.
They recited poetry, prose, read extracts from books as well known as "Platero y yo" by Juan Ramón Jiménez, stories and interpreted under the watchful eyes of the residents of Bullas.
This event is one of the scheduled by the Department of Education and Culture, in collaboration with schools to celebrate the Day of the Book 'today Thursday, April 23, when it was enacted by UNESCO to coincide with the death of two great writers, Miguel de Cervantes and William Shakespeare.
Morning activities end with a bilingual storyteller directed to kindergarten and 1st grade in the auditorium of the Casa de Cultura.
