Bullas City Council, through its Local Police will carry out between 27 July and 2 August a campaign to control the noise of motorcycles and mopeds, to comply with the rules it contained both the Municipal Traffic, as in the Ordinance for Environmental Protection against noise.
We must remember that carrying out such tests of control by the local police is mandatory, and refusal to drivers that they are put into effect would be immediate immobilization of the vehicle and taken to the municipal offices.
If as a result of the verification is found to infringe the vehicle noise regulations or gases, the driver will have a single period of ten days to correct deficiencies.
Not to proceed in this way the relevant disciplinary proceedings will be initiated, with the penalty provided for in the Ordinances mentioned 72 euros, notwithstanding that it can carry out the sealing of the vehicle.
