The Housing and Land Institute (IVS) of the Ministry of Works, Housing and Transportation, has awarded the sale of a parcel of 1,767 meters in the town of Bullas for the construction of subsidized housing for young people in sales regime , as listed in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia last Wednesday 20 August.
Housing will be allocated by public drawing among those who meet the requirements of the Youth Housing Plan of the Autonomous Region 2005-2008.
The plot on which they will build subsidized housing for young people was given by the Municipality of Bullas the IVS, through an agreement between two institutions in March 2007.

The municipality and the builder Murcia held this September the signing of the deed of sale of the farm, located in island number four of Bullas, the property number 18 in a ceremony which will be attended by the Minister of Public Works Housing and Transport, José Ballesta, the mayor of Bullas, Esteban Egea, and the managing director of IVS, Jane Brown.
The project is part of the Youth Housing Plan for 2005-2008 which are being conducted numerous housing developments in various municipalities of the Region from agreements with local corporations who have given land for public housing promotion.
To these are joined already planned or under construction in Alhama de Murcia, Bullas, Cieza, Cartagena, Torre Pacheco, Ulea, Yecla, Ceuta, Moratalla, Lorqui Mazarron and Murcia.
In addition, the regional government has been ongoing over 13,000 subsidized housing so that, only during the last year have given homes in towns such as White, Mazarron, Alhama de Murcia, Molina de Segura, Pliego and Fortuna.
Allocation of housing
Jane Brown, director of the IVS, he recalled that once the promotion, housing will be awarded by lottery to be held before a notary public after the corresponding call, which contain the location of housing lots were drawn, the number offered, transfer scheme, the price, the deadline for submission of applications and conditions, quotas and other features that concur in the promotion.
To enter the draw, those interested should register in advance in the Register of Claimants of the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture in the Region of Murcia, through one-stop accommodation, or at the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Works Housing and Transport (in Plaza Santoña, 6, Murcia).
