On Saturday September 12 at 10:30 am held in the Hall of Bullas Wine Museum Ordinary Assembly of the United Left of the town.
The event was attended by José Antonio Pujante, and Deputy Regional Coordinator of the training.
After approval by the members of the balance of political and economic governance in the last year proceeded to vote on the new Local Coordinator, being re-elected Manuel Escámez.
Thus, Izquierda Unida continues to promote youth and generational renewal within the party.
Manuel Escámez is 32 and is a surveyor, and part of a new batch of members who will face the new challenges of the real left in Bullas.
During the Assembly, the participants discussed in a plural, open and participatory on various issues such as work commitment and political strategy towards future local elections, monitoring of the current municipal government pact with the PSOE and the relentless harassment to which the PP is subject Bullas UI Councilman at City Hall.
In this sense, again highlighted the excellent work of José María Ortega at the head of the departments of Planning, Housing and Environment.
Then he thanked the presence of the invited organizations and proceeded to read out a resolution of the Assembly by that Bullas UI rejects the model of municipal management of public land proposed by the PSOE and supported by the PP in relation to construction of a new restaurant in the city park, requiring the temporary withdrawal of this project.
Finally, the event was closed to the intervention of the Regional Coordinator, José Antonio Pujante.
