The Department of Sports of the City of Bullas, in collaboration with the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, have made an important performance in the sports facility of the School Room Las Peñas, specifically they have replaced the windows of the pavilion that were already very deteriorated and that caused major problems on rainy days.
These works have been carried out by the City of Bullas with the help of a grant from the Directorate General of Sports.
The total amount amounts to 8,403.00 euros of which 4,400.00 are municipal contribution and the rest 4,003.00 are subsidies from the Autonomous Community.
These works have been carried out in just twenty days and making them coincide with the summer holidays in order not to alter the normal development of sports and school activities that take place there.
The works consisted in removing the old windows and the polycarbonate modules, placing white aluminum windows and new polycarbonate modules, sealing perimeter cracks and securing exterior shelves.
