Last Monday, December 30, 2019, the budgets of the City Council of Bullas for the year 2020 were approved, amounting to a total of € 8,524,550.00 in revenue and € 8,078,415.00 in expenses.

This is the third consecutive budget project with a surplus that, like those of the years 2018 and 2019, is produced in order to comply with the Sanitation Plan approved by the Plenary of the Corporation dated April 6, 2017 to modify the conditions financing of loans from the Fund for Financing Payment to Suppliers.

Within the budget we can highlight the increase in items for the maintenance and conservation of parks and gardens;

the increase in items for the realization of educational inclusion projects and for the morning classroom service, which already appeared in the 2018 and 2019 budgets;

as well as the appearance of a new game to face the cost of prevention, monitoring and control of school absenteeism during the first quarter of the next academic year.

On the other hand, items created for budgets of previous years are maintained, such as items for participatory budgets (that of 2020 will be its fourth edition), for education projects for development and awareness, for energy saving actions or for acquisition New sports equipment for the Rafa's gym.

Regarding the items associated with the district of La Copa, a new item appears for the La Copa taxi service to the Bullas market, in addition to a game to finish the improvement works in the Pensioner's Home building.

The items created in 2019 related to the Plan against the Depopulation of La Copa are also maintained.

Finally, the items included for the realization of pedestrian routes and for the resurfacing of streets are also of importance, for their economic value.
