This February the Specialized Point of Attention in Gender Violence (PAE Bullas) has been launched, which will provide specialized and free psychological assistance to all the women of the municipality of Bullas and its surroundings, who are experiencing a situation of gender violence.

This Point of Attention will have a health psychologist with specialized training to advise and intervene on those women who need counseling, information or psychological intervention, due to a situation of abuse in the field of the couple or former partner.

This point is implemented in order to make assistance to women victims of gender-based violence more accessible, preventing them from having to travel to other municipalities.

In addition, the PAE Bullas is coordinated with the Specialized Care Centers for women victims of gender violence in Caravaca de la Cruz and Mula (CAVI Caravaca and CAVI Mula) to refer those women who, due to their situation, - in addition to the care psychological-, need legal advice and social work.

On the other hand, the PAE Bullas, also, will move one day a week to the municipality of Calasparra in order to serve the women of that municipality and facilitate their assistance without having to travel to the CAVI of Caravaca de la Cruz.

Another of the functions that the PAE Bullas will carry out is the prevention of Gender Violence in any of its forms, through awareness-raising and information actions in the media, educational centers and associations, as well as its coordination with the Center of Health, Local Police, Civil Guard and the educational team of the educational centers.

The PAE Bullas will be in the Plaza de España de Bullas, specifically on the second floor of the City of Bullas on Mondays from 8 - 14.30 and from 3.30 to 18.30, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 15 hours .

As for the point of Calasparra, it is located on Calle Esparteros, in the Barrio Nuevo Sociocultural Center, on Wednesday hours from 8 14,30 and from 3,30 to 18,30.
