The City of Bullas, through the Department of Works, reports that the execution of the works on Casa Alta Street has already begun with which it is intended to replace the drinking water supply network, both of the general network and of the connections to the counters of the houses.
The pipes will be ductile cast iron replacing the old fiber cement pipe that is in poor condition.
The approximate budget for this phase of execution will be 24,000 Euros.
The work will be carried out with the Town Hall's own means and with municipal personnel, except for the work of the pipe fitters that will be carried out by a specialized company.
This work is a second phase of the Project started last year in a first phase, where the arteries of the pipes of the whole block of streets were replaced and the replacement of the network of the Old Football street.
Councilor Juan Valera points out that "the works will try to be the least annoying for the neighbors and apologizes for the water cuts that are produced, which will be communicated well in advance to the population. These types of works although they are not showy are very important, since the deterioration and breakage of the supply networks and the loss of water is avoided ".
