The Department of Commerce of the Bullas City Council has published the call for aid to support self-employed workers and merchants in the municipality, to face the effects caused by the coronavirus. People who carry out a commercial activity and who have their registered office or, where appropriate, the place of development of the activity within the municipality of Bullas may be beneficiaries of these grants.
It will be an essential requirement that the activity has been suspended pursuant to the provisions of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID- 19; or even having maintained the activity, the invoicing corresponding to the month of April 2020 has been reduced by at least 40% with respect to the average invoiced in the natural semester prior to the declaration of the state of alarm. The purpose of these grants is to protect the well-being of the residents of Bullas, acting directly on self-employed workers with the aim of preventing the income imbalance that they have had from causing irreversible consequences in their personal and family environment.
Eligible expenses will be considered as those materialized after March 14, 2020, and among them are: the rental income of the establishment, the adaptation of the premises to the new security conditions or the digitization plan.
Up to 80% of the performance will be subsidized, with a limit of € 600. The application period will remain open until June 24.
People and companies interested in these grants will be able to obtain more information about this call in the Local Development Agency or in the Transparency Portal of the Electronic Office of the Bullas Town Hall.
