In a ceremony chaired by the Mayor of the Bullas City Council, María Dolores Muñoz, this institution has been delivered today the quality certification of the services it provides to the Local Development area in terms of employment and training. During the last few months, the Consistory has been evaluated and certified in terms of compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard issued by OCA Global Certification Institute. One of the benefits of obtaining this Certificate, "is that, when requesting subsidies from different Administrations, we can be valued with a higher score", explained the first mayor.

Likewise, it seeks to continue improving the provision of services to citizens, ensuring their quality. The director of the Foro de Estudios Sociosanitarios SL, José Tornero, and the technician of the Local Development Agency, Pedro García, participated in the certification ceremony. COMPETITION RULES First: OBJECT. The purpose of this Contest is to promote the creativity of merchants when presenting their establishments, so that they are attractive to neighbors and customers, while contributing to promoting and boosting local commerce, business revitalization, as well as the culture and traditions of Bullas. Second: THEMATIC. Wine Festivals and Patron Saint Festivities of Bullas 2020. Third: PARTICIPANTS. Merchants with establishments open to the public in Bullas that display one or more shop windows or showcases may participate, and they must be framed within the scope of the 2020 Wine Festivities or Patron Saint Festivities. PLACE AND REGISTRATION DEADLINES Registration is free and will be done through an instance in the City Council register, or at the Cultural Management Office, located in Plaza de España from 9 a.m.

JURY ASSESSMENT CRITERIA. The products for sale of the establishment that are in said shop windows may be changed during this period, as long as the shop window decoration is not modified. The jury will assess the improvements and more artistic decorations, taking into account that the shop windows contain motifs alluding to THE WINE FESTIVALS AND BULLAS 2020 PATRONAL FESTIVALS and will be guided by commercial and artistic criteria, highlighting the aspects of: • Quality and harmony. • Modernity, innovation, creativity and originality. • Motifs used for decoration. • Lighting to achieve the atmosphere. • Products used for the reasons. JURY ASSESSMENT AND COMPOSITION VISITS. The jury will visit the shops on the days of the contest without prior notice to the merchant being necessary and will be composed of: •Concejalía de turismo, festejos y comercio. •Técnicos del Ayuntamiento •Miembros de distintas asociaciones. Si el jurado lo estimase conveniente, podrá declarar el Concurso desierto. Los participantes del concurso aceptan las Bases del mismo y la decisión del Jurado, que será inapelable. Novena.

PREMIO. Habrá un único premio de 200€ para el ganador del concurso.
