| The Bullas City Council has published on its website the bases that regulate the call for aid for the birth and / or adoption of children in La Copa in 2020 | Said aid is aimed at natural or legal persons with commercial activity and registered office in La Copa.
In this sense, the parents or adopters of the child, holders of the Family Book, in which their birth or adoption is registered, will be beneficiaries.
In the event of nullity, separation or divorce of the parents, the beneficiary of the benefit will be the father / mother in whose custody the children must remain.
In no case may private parents, totally or partially, of the parental authority of their children, or whose guardianship has been assumed by a public institution, be beneficiaries.
It will be a requirement for the recognition of the subsidy that the beneficiaries are registered at the time of registration of the application and reside effectively in La Copa.In all those cases and special situations that may arise and that are not provided for in these bases, they will be resolved by resolution of the Mayor's Office, upon request of the documentation and reports that are deemed necessary.
