The City Council of Bullas informs that until January 31, the IBI rebate application for 2021 can be submitted to large families.

Along with the application, the following documents must be submitted: - Authorization of the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia (ATRM) to collect the information from the competent administrative unit of the CARM, of the Large Family Title, which must be in force on January 1 of the year in which the bonus is requested.
- Authorization of the ATRM to collect information from the AEAT on the income of all members of the family.
- Authorization of the ATRM to collect the information from the competent administrative unit of the CARM of the Certificate of Disability, if applicable.
According to the Ordinance, taxpayers (father, mother or guardians) holders of a large family will be entitled to a discount of 60% or 90% of the full tax quota, in relation to the home.
which constitutes the family's habitual residence, provided they comply with the following: a) If the gross annual per capita income of the members of the large family in the previous year were equal to or less than 0.8 times the annual IPREM (12 payments), the bonus will be 90%.
b) If the per capita income was between 0.8 and 1.3 times the annual IPREM (12 payments), the bonus will be 60%.
Annual gross income per capita will be calculated by dividing the total annual gross income of the large family by the number of members.
In the case of a member with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 65%, as well as in the case of single-parent families, it will count as two people.
In the case of the degree of disability between 33% and 65%, it will compute as 1.5.
