The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia and the local police in Bullas have jointly developed the operation 'PORTUGA' established to pursue drug trafficking, which has resulted in the dismantling of a criminal group dedicated to the illicit cultivation of marijuana, the that they have been operated 360 plants and all means used for the development of criminal activity.

Thanks to the close collaboration between the local police and the Guardia Civil in Bullas, last summer jointly operation began with the aim to prevent and pursue any kind of activity related to drug trafficking in the locality.

The device developed surveillances allowed to collect information that led agents to a farm in the outskirts of the town, consisting of a house and an adjacent vessel, which could house a marijuana plantation.

Fruit of the rookeries made on the property under investigation, agents were able to identify three people who could join the criminal group that managed the illicit cultivation of marijuana.

After obtaining all necessary evidence and prior judicial authorization, agents have carried out the entry and registration of the property in which has dismantled a clandestine greenhouse marijuana installed on a ship of the farm, an infrastructure designed exclusively for production cannabis sativa.

Inside the ship has found a plantation composed of 360 marijuana plants, thirty bulbs, ballasts, an electricity generator gasoil, air conditioning systems, exhaust fans, Air purifiers, fans, tubes air extraction and large number of substances, utensils and tools used for indoor cannabis sativa plantations.

It has also been involved a van used to transport oil and other illicit activity related effects.

The developed research shows that the arrested now developed an intensive cultivation of cannabis sativa that allowed him to produce more than a thousand annuals.
