The municipality of Bullas participated in the XXXVII International Tourism Fair (FITUR) held in Madrid from 18 to 22 January.
The Mayor of Bullas, María Dolores Muñoz, accompanied by the Councilor for Tourism, Águeda Fernández, and the Vice President of the Wine Route of Bullas, Francisco Carreño, presented the wine tourism experience 'Secret Wine Walks' Promotes the Bullas Wine Route.
It was last Wednesday, January 19, at the booth of the Region of Murcia, when the first mayor of Bullas made a presentation of this initiative that last year received a special mention to better wine tourism initiative within the framework of the III Awards of Wine Tourism Routes of the Wine of Spain, convened by the Spanish Association of Cities of Wine (ACEVIN).
In this fair, visitors and professionals were able to know all the regional tourist offer and, of course, the wines of the three designations of origin: Bullas, Jumilla and Yecla.
The locality bullera carried six wines from the six wineries belonging to its Wine Route in the tasting-tasting that was done in the afternoon that day.
On the other hand, the Jubilee Year of Caravaca 2017 had a special role in this edition, where the Bullas Wine Route plays an interesting role as a complementary offer because it is on the so-called Levante Way that leads pilgrims to the city of Cross.
