In the letter of the mayor, María Dolores Muñoz, it is said that in view of the Municipal Ordinance for Road Cleaning, as well as Law 13/2015 of March 30 of Land and Urban Planning in the Region of Murcia, Urban must maintain them in the proper conditions of safety, health and public adornment all the year, not only in spring or summer season.
In addition, the group insists that if the sites are not well conditioned, the corresponding sanction will be opened, without prior notice, being considered a serious fault that would correspond in an economic fine between 151 and 6,000 euros.
From the Department of Environment and Public Works and Gardens, they warn that once the sanctioning file has been initiated and it is not proceeded within the term established for its cleaning, it will proceed simultaneously to its subsidiary execution, impacting the expenses that occur according to The Municipal Ordinance of the Rate of Cleaning of Plots.
