Recently, work has begun on the wastewater sanitation collector Avenida de Europa and Calle de Bullas Portugal, as reported by the Department of Municipal Works and Services of the City.
In three months it is foreseen that these works promoted by the General Directorate of Water of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, whose budget amounts to 363,734.09 euros co-financed with a 100% interterritorial compensation fund.
The West General Collector joins 400 meters along Avenida de Europa with the Northern General Collector, and from that point, the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the municipality would be located 750 meters away.
The work is one of the demands of the Government Team of the City of Bullas along with the construction of the collectors of the Camino del Rio and the Luis de Los Reyes Avenue (lower area of ​​the Calderón neighborhood).
"This will avoid the danger that exists when it rains in a torrential way when there is the lifting of the sewer and even the asphalt of the avenue as it has happened before" says Councilman Juan Valera, adding that "the Avd. it is an important axis of Bullas where it connects the artery of the Avd. of Cehegin with the Vial Norte ".
