Today, Thursday, March 1, is published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia the final approval of the Regulation Regulation of the Land Bank of the municipality of Bullas.
From this moment, any interested party can go to the Municipal Technical Office of the City of Bullas to formalize their application for incorporation into the Land Bank, according to the official models that are included below.
The Land Bank is configured as a municipal administrative registry, of a public nature, which facilitates contact between the owners of parcels suitable for farming and those interested in its cultivation.
That is, the Land Bank becomes a public instrument of intermediation between the offer and the demand of rural parcels, which grants freedom to both parties on the economic aspects, the term, and other conditions of the lease.
In this way, the creation of a municipal land bank is a mechanism that can be used by owners of plots with agricultural capacity that are not being exploited, allowing an alternative to the abandonment of these lands and being, at the same time, a resource for the people interested in the cultivation of these lands, favoring the cultivation and the continuity of the agrarian activity.
