Next Monday, March 12, the official opening of the XI DOP Bullas Exhibition will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Wine Museum, an event organized by the Bullas Protected Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council and with the collaboration of the City of Bullas.

The event is held annually with the purpose of promoting the wines covered under this distinctive quality and serves to make known the new wines of the participating wineries: Balcona, Carrascalejo, Monastrell, Rosario, Fernando Carreño Peñalver, Hydria, San Isidro, Tercia de Ulea, Lavia and La del Terreno.

This morning the exhibition was presented at the Tourist Qualification Center in Murcia.

An act attended by the General Director of Innovation, Productions and Agrifood Markets, Fulgencio Pérez, and the General Director of the Tourism Institute, Manuel Fernández-Delgado as well as the Mayor, María Dolores Muñoz,, the Councilor for Tourism, Águeda Fernández , and the President of the Regulatory Council of the DO Bullas, Francisco Carreño.

And on the other hand, the general director of the Institute of Tourism, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, showed in the meeting "the great potential of Bullas as a wine tourism destination, not only for its wines of the highest quality, but for its wineries, oil mills and specialized establishments. "

Within the program of the Show, in its eleventh edition, also highlights the Wine Quality Contest the day after the opening of the Exhibition, where a group of expert winemakers in a blind tasting award the best vintages.

These awards give prestige throughout the national territory and are delivered at a gala that takes place on Tuesday, March 13 at night in the restaurant "El Castillico" in Bullas.
