The Association of Volunteers and Voluntary Civil Protection Bullas, organized the auxiliary training for Civil Protection, which began last October 23 at the offices of the Business Incubator.

The same was inaugurated by the Mayor of Bullas Egea Esteban Fernandez with Councilman Antonio Espin and Isabel Cristina Lopez Love Coordinator

In this course you have enrolled volunteers from different municipalities and Caravaca de la Cruz, Cehegín, Calasparra, Mula and Bullas.

Lasts 110 hours and will be taught by different members of the field of emergency (environmental agents, civil guards, firefighters, nurses ...) and members of Civil Protection specialists in other areas.

The various topics to be discussed include, what is the civil protection, guidance and mountain forest escape techniques, first aid, communications, urban fires, industrial and forestry, prevention, traffic and services, transport of dangerous goods, which will work with the various emergency services.

Law 2 / 1985 of January 21, Civil Protection, provides the legal framework that determines the whole system of preparedness and response to situations of high risk group, public calamity or extraordinary disaster, in which the safety and life people can threaten and succumb en masse, generating about needs and resources that may require input from all public authorities, organizations, companies and even individuals.

The most significant aspects of this system are based on the planning of actions to be taken in such situations and the provision of adequate coordination mechanisms between the various public authorities involved, and between these individuals.

This is the reason why the Association of Civil Protection of Bullas organizes this course, aimed at people who devote part of their time unselfishly to the study and prevention of situations of collective risk, extraordinary disaster or public calamity which may endanger life and physical integrity of persons, and protection and relief to them and their property in cases where such things occur.
