Yesterday he met the working group of the Local Action Plan to study new ways to communicate to citizens the project "LIFE + ACT-Adaptation to Climate Change in Time".
Thus, the Local Action Plan for the municipality, will focus during the first phase (May-November 2011) to disseminate through social dialogue between local government and citizenship information based on the assessment of impact, the Road Map for Bull and other data from the Panel of Experts Local Adaptation.
Local government endorsed the plan of work to set this local action group to confront the climate change problem as efficiently as possible.
We have to understand that among the weather phenomena that have been occurring in recent years where rainfall is concentrated in a very specific seasons, episodes of heavy rain and hail, as we had last August, are issues that make us think that something must be happening, as stated by various agencies nationally and internationally.
The project that is being done in the area the aim is to analyze the phenomenon of climate change and prepare a strategy to share with our citizens to prepare ourselves and adapt to any changes that may arise.
Therefore, this Local Plan Adjustment conducted within the project "LIFE ACT" becomes a tool to face and attempt to resolve the effects that might have a problem Bullas as real as this.
