IU-Green welcomes the decision of the Ministry of Culture which requires the company that owns the mansion Source La Higuera in Bullas, to carry out within two months a series of actions for the "stability and security" this property in a state of "deterioration."
The resolution of counseling is the result of an administrative complaint for which IU-Green informed the regional administration of the breach of the Heritage Act by the owners of the mansion, built in 1921 and cataloged Cultural Interest (BIC).
Training has carried out other initiatives to improve the historic building as a place of demands from the center of Bullas up the mansion and the collection of over 400 firms and various initiatives presented at the Regional Assembly.
"This decision confirms the correctness of the direction taken by IU-Green, demanding compliance with the law outside of pharaonic rezoning and indecent balls in the wrong place and let those who have tried to use the protected cultural heritage as a bargaining chip" .
The coordinator and IU-Green councilor in Bullas, Escámez Manuel, announced that it will be "very attentive" to meet the deadlines set by the counsel for the completion of the works and that if not met, will "few political and legal actions may be necessary. "
