The site of the Mill Top of Bullas is declared of cultural interest category landmark ethnographic (20/04/2012)

The Governing Council has declared of cultural interest category rather than the place of ethnographic interest 'Top Mill', in the municipality of Bullas.

The space includes the 'Top Mill', the 'Factory of Light' and 'Warehouse' and the ditch that takes water to operate the mill from the river Mula.

It is an integrated set in the landscape where shows the architecture serve particular functions.

This space is also an example of human use of a natural resource like water.

The three buildings are set around a triangular space that serves as distributor and from which access to the three buildings relate to each other.

The 'Top Mill' has been used since the seventeenth century until the seventies of the XX and flour mill and worked by hydraulic power due to its location along the river Mula.

Associated with the mill and building the waterfall in 1924 built a small power station was called 'Factory of Light' and remained in use until 1953.

These two buildings were added to a third party, which served as a warehouse and was built on the same date as the 'Factory of Light'.
