The Wines of the DO Bullas players today in the First Conference of Pairing and Wine Routes in the Region of Murcia (08/05/2012)

Opened yesterday at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Murcia the First Conference of Pairing and Wine Routes in the Region of Murcia which account a series of lectures and special menus dedicated to inland Murcia winemaking.

In the presentation was the mayor of Bullas, Peter Boy, to support the promotion of the wines belonging to the appellation of origin Bullas, along with Director General of Vocational Training, Maria Begoña Iniesta, the director general of Agricultural and Food Industry, Angel Lidón Garcia, and director of the School of Hospitality and Tourism, Jose Hernandez Franco, who gave for the conference opened, as well as other representatives from other Murcian wine appellations of origin and the tourism sector.

So in the coming days 8, 9 and May 10 you can sample the dishes prepared by students supervised by faculty of the School that maridarán with wines from the region.

Today, the wines protagonists are those belonging to the DO Bullas, so the menu strawberry gazpacho sorbet with white asparagus and prawn skewer first, blue fish marinated peppers on asadillo second, accompanied by a salad Grilled sea bass in spring and cuttlefish noodles, are served with wines from Bullas Wine Route.

And the icing on the menu, put the beef custard dessert with pumpkin and sweet red wine from Bullas.

Earlier, the President of the Denomination of Origin Bullas Wine, Francisco Carreño, will give a lecture entitled: "Wine tourism in Bullas and Northwest Region."
