Opened Shelter Network the Greenway (22/05/2012)

The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, today opened Shelter Network the Greenway which consists of seven centers that serve as accommodations for pedestrians located in the towns of Caravaca, Cehegin, Bullas, Mula, Albudeite, Campos River and Alguazas.

The seven shelters that take advantage of old stations have been upgraded for this purpose, except where Bullas has been developing a new construction project of an inn in the hamlet of La Rafa.

The refurbishment and new construction of shelters have an investment to the region of four million euros that will result in a total of 230 beds, distributed as follows: Caravaca old station will have 24 seats, Cehegín, 48 seats, Bullas, 44 seats, Mula, 28 seats; Albudeite, 10 seats, Campos del Rio, and Alguazas 16 places, 60 places.
