This meeting was attended by representatives of 38 municipalities comprising the Murcia Covenant of Mayors, among which are Bullas, Cartagena, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia, White, Caravaca de la Cruz, Cehegin, Cieza, Jumilla, Librilla, Puerto Lumbreras , San Javier, San Javier, Torre Pacheco, Yecla and La Union.
