Athletics Club Ermita de Burgos, wants to help any child in the Region of Murcia run out at night gift of kings, have decided to help the Magi to collect toys, basic necessities such as diapers, bottles, milk, baby food and others to give to the Red Cross and distributed to disadvantaged families.
For this, the Club has organized a journey that has been called "Kings" with the slogan "I carry your heart with me" that is touring various towns in the region, including Bullas, which will happen the next day, December 6 at 17.30, collecting food, toys and gifts.
Yesterday, was presented at a press conference this journey and the event was attended by the Mayor, Pedro Chico, the Councillor for Social Services, Maria Antonia April, Councilman Services, Francisco Martinez, along with Jesus Enrique Fernandez Athletics Club Ermita de Burgos and José Luis Morera Red Cross.
Jesus Enrique Fernandez explained that the course of this first year, 2012, as they are expected to perform at least two editions (one for each Wise Man), will be staged three days (two nights overnights) making a total of 240 km Fernandez, encouraged other runners from other clubs and athletics mountain municipalities by passing accompany them on their journey.
For his part, José Luis Morera Red Cross said his institution will act as an intermediary between the people and companies that collaborate donating money, toys or necessities with Social Services Bullas.
Finally, the mayor appealed to the spirit of solidarity of the residents of the municipality to contribute to the collection of objects and food for families "are faring worse than the crisis we are facing."
