The award 'Entrepreneur of the Month October delivering Development Institute of the Region of Murcia (INFO) was awarded to the project' Cloan 1616 Academy ', promoted by Jesus Miguel Sanchez, who have devised an innovative concept in the field of language schools to combine learning a language with organic farming, rural tourism and contact with nature in the town of Bullas.

The project will assist the development of Bullas, as it will boost sustainable tourism, culture and economy of the municipality.

The Mayor, Pedro Chico, and Councilwoman Local Development, Espin Marvels, attended the ceremony held yesterday at the Ministry of Industry and Universities to offer their support, the award was presented by the Minister of Universities, Business and Research, José Ballesta, Enrique Mateos representing Jesus Miguel Sanchez who is outside of Spain to develop a program of international entrepreneurship.

'Entrepreneur of the month' is an initiative within the Emprendemos Plan of the Region of Murcia, awarded by the Committee of the Regions of the EU with the award 'European Entrepreneurial Region 2011'.

Each winning project receives, in addition to a cash prize of 1,500 euros to cover expenses for launching an advisory services package valued at EUR 1,500 more for the creation, growth and consolidation of the company and the possibility of having preferentially access to services InfoExpertia as well as the services offered by the network of Business Centres Development Institute (CEEIM and CEEIC) and network-BAN MURCIA investors.

To be eligible for the awards stakeholders had to submit a business plan and a business model that incorporated growth forecasts, while prove the technical and economic feasibility and to include differentiating factors such as novelty and creativity.
