Bullas City Council, through the Department of Social Services, reports that the Autonomous Community has launched an Information Service and Care for People at Risk of Eviction Mortgage.

The Department directed by Maria Antonia April collaborates with Community working with all stakeholders: Bar Association, Association of Economists, Financial Institutions, Federation of Municipalities, High Court of Justice, to establish protocols, agreements and mechanisms to provide the best service support and advice to people who are in a serious situation created by the character credit default mortgage.

The citizen can arrange this service process by calling 012, which route the caller to the Department of Public Works and Planning to make an appointment with a law.

Commission to monitor and care for people at risk of eviction

For several months the City of Bullas created a commission to monitor and care for people at risk of eviction.

This committee, composed of all the agents of the municipality involved, has a protocol and several proceedings initiated that affect people with problems to deal with their mortgage debt.

There is the mediator, recently joined Council services, serving, advises and follows cases is kind, giving exit and solution to people who come to this service.
