In the month of February, the month in which the Department of Tourism has scheduled activities all of which revolve around the wines of the Appellation of Origin Bullas, could not miss the Museo del Vino a workshop on wine tasting.
The goal is simply to practice the art of tasting and try to solve those possible doubts and questions as regular users with minimal knowledge we can ask how are sulfites, maceration, why not oak and other woods imports the vintage of a wine, we cool the wine how we save, wine and food, among others.
This workshop entitled 'I consumer, I wonder ...' will be taught by María José Fernández, PhD in Agricultural Chemistry and will be held on 10, 11 and 12 February at the Museum in the afternoon 19 to 22 hours.
