The municipality of Bullas celebrated from January 31 to March 9, the 'Wine Festival 2014', featuring routes pairing, exhibitions, guided tours of wineries, concerts, cinema visits and courses.
The general director of the Institute for Tourism, Enrique Ujaldón, programming presented yesterday accompanied by the Mayor of Bullas, Councilman Pedro Chico and Local Development and Tourism Wonders Espín, said the parties "are an opportunity for diversity and richness of the cuisine of the region. "
He pointed out that Murcia is the only province with three certified routes wine and said they are "an essential element in the promotion of the Community".

In addition, 10 wineries and 12 restaurants will participate in the gastronomic route "TapaWine2014", offering visitors unique tapas.
Also, every Saturday from 15 March to 19 April, will Bullas pairing dinners at different wineries.
The culmination of this event will Javier Ojeda (Invisible Dance) concert with "The Songs of Wine".
In a new format, this show attendees will discover the wines of the DO Bullas the rhythm of the music because, with each group of songs, they will try different wines.
The concert will be on March 8.
Moreover, Pedro Chico emphasized the great increase in visitors that has experienced Bullas Wine Route, from 1,400 in 2011 to 12,500 in 2012, data that are certified by the Association of Wine Cities - ACEVIN and General Secretariat of Tourism.
Also showed that wine tourism is a niche market to go exploring because in Spain, more than 1,500,000 people who annually practice the wine and the municipality of Bullas is an important potential this field with the Wine Route, certified by the General Secretariat of Tourism.
