Yesterday, Mayor, Pedro Chico, the Councillor for Social Services, Maria Antonia April and the Coordinator of Social Services of the municipality, met with the Managing Director of the Health Area IV, Angel Baeza and Medical Director of the Regional Hospital Northwest Mercedes Barba, to discuss the implementation of the Psychological Service for victims of fatal bus accident in Cieza last November 8th.
The Health Center Maria Eugenia Moreno 'Bullas, where the meeting was also gathered other members from the area of ​​Mental Health of the Region of Murcia as doctors, nurses and administrative workers of the local Health Centre to plan how to coordinate all actions that are to be driving over the following months.
In this sense, one of the decisions made was to establish permanently a psychologist to respond immediately to patients that are derived from their respective family doctors.
On the other hand, the Center for Mental Health maintains Caravaca available to people who need it the psychiatric and psychological services, as had been doing.
