On Friday March 27 the Autonomous Community of Murcia through the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning presented the Awards for Quality in Construction, in its sixth edition in the "Apollo" theater cartagenera town of El Algar.
This year, one of the entries was for the Museo Casa D. Pepe Marsilla and collected the award was mayor of Bullas, Pedro Chico.
Awards Quality in Construction of the Region of Murcia distinguish the agents of the building and users of the buildings that have remained in time and maintain baseline characteristics, or those whose qualities have achieved a balance of safety requirements and habitability.
The jury awarded the sixth edition of the awards for the five established categories, among the 32 candidates admitted to the building Gaudí, Lorca, in the category of buildings for residential use;
to the Town of Mazarrón, in the category of institutional use;
to Isaac Peral Museum of Cartagena, tourist use;
Apollo Theatre, El Algar (Cartagena), in the section on rehabilitation of buildings;
and the La Milagrosa, Totana, in buildings for other uses College.
Moreover, Pedro Muñoz Martínez won the special award for personal and professional work and for the efficient conservation construction, proposed by the Association of Surveyors, Architects and Engineers Technical Building the Region of Murcia.
Mentions were awarded to the Casa-Museo D. Pepe Marsilla, Bullas and Hotel Zenit Murcia, in the category of buildings for tourist use;
the Church of Santiago, Lorca, in paragraph rehabilitation;
and BMW dealership, Cartagena, in other applications.
