The "Wine Festival 2015" Bullas, once their path "Tapawine" that has brought the wines of the Designation of Origin (DO) Bullas and fine dining thousands of participants for six weekends, now offers a new gastronomic event.

Thus the host population as every year cycle pairing dinners at local restaurants and wines adhering to the "Wine Route".

For a price of 25 euros and pre-booked by calling the restaurant, until April 10 diners savor every weekend Bullas good cuisine with tasty wines from the DO.

The first of these meetings organized by the City of Bullas through its Department of Local Development and Tourism will take place on Saturday March 7 in the "Borrego" restaurant.

For this pairing dinner, which will feature wines from the "Bodega Mill and Lagares" has prepared a menu that opens with "Lavia 2007" for roasted almonds with Parmesan cheese and grilled octopus with paprika foam.

An evening to continue offering "Lavia 2009" to pair squid in its ink and foie gras with caramelized mushrooms.

In conclusion, attendees "Lavia +" to be served with goat cheese, ravioli and beef loin will be offered.

"The Northwest Grill" will host a week later, Saturday March 14, the second of these dinners pairings framed programming "Wine Festival 2015".

The third of these proposals will be Saturday March 21 in the "Campoy's" restaurant with wines from "Bodega Balcona".

The March 27 will host the Café Bar "The Corner" which again feature the wines of "Winery Balcona".

A day later which will surprise you with their dishes accompanied by wines "Bodegas del Rosario" is the restaurant "Molino de Abajo".

The pairing dinners continue in April with the gastronomic restaurant "Villa de Bullas", where diners can enjoy the 4th of broths "Bodega San Isidro".

The April 10 will be the turn of "Entretempos" and "Bodegas del Rosario" which will cede turn a day later the restaurant "Las Peñas" and a new wine selection "Bodega Mill and Lagares".
