The "Wine Festival 2015" Bullas continues its cycle pairing dinners at local restaurants and wines adhering to the "Wine Route".
After the first on Saturday March 7 in the "Borrego" restaurant, on Saturday March 14 will be the next in "El Asador Northwest".
For this proposal a selection of wines from "Bodega Monastrell" which will begin offering its "Almudí A-07" mini volauvent salmon, cod and anchovies will be served.
Then, to pair with the "Chaveo" will be served sweet curler goat cheese gratin pepper with tomato jam and the "Almudí-11 Organic" beef carpaccio with mustard vinaigrette and Parmesan cheese over salad ham .
The highlight of the dinner will be baby gratin baked lamb for that "Chaveo-10" will be offered eggplant, while the evening will conclude with a "Valche-10" veal cheeks wine and lampshades with hot chocolate nougat .

The third of these proposals launched by the City of Bullas through its Department of Local Development and Tourism will be Saturday March 21 in the "Campoy's" restaurant with wines from "Bodega Balcona".
