Tuesday August 4 Bullas City Council and the Department of Development of the Region of Murcia agreed the declaration of two Areas Urban Regeneration and Renewal (ARRU) in the old town of Bullas and in the town of La Copa. This declaration will mean that owners of a number of houses, located in the two previous locations, receive outright grants to rehabilitate them.
In 2014 Arrús declared in four municipalities of the Region of Murcia: Lorca, Torre Pacheco, Jumilla and Cartagena.
This year 2015 will be declared in four other towns in our region, one of which is Bullas.
In the case of Arrús declared in 2014, the call for the homeowners submit their applications for the grant was 28 March to 28 May 2015, so we assume that in the case of the two Bullas Arrús the deadline for submission of applications is similar, but during 2016.
The total subsidy received per household will be formed by a portion provided by the Ministry of Development and partly provided by the Autonomous Region of Murcia.
Currently only know the amount of the subsidy provided by the Ministry of Development, which will be up to 11,000 euros per household, provided they do not exceed that amount to 50% of the investment to be done to rehabilitate housing in question.
Further details will be announced in connection with subsidized by the Autonomous Community part.
Following the agreement of the two Arrús statement, the City of Bullas has begun preparing the documentation to submit to the Ministry of Public Works before 20 September.
This documentation must contain the exact delimitation of the areas that make up the ARRU.
The owners of all households are located in these areas who may apply for the grant.
