Yesterday, 80 people went to the Second Conference on Alzheimer's and other dementias that developed in the hall of the City Council since four thirty in the afternoon.
On the occasion of the commemoration of World Alzheimer's Day on 21 September, the Association Alzhad Bullas, along with the departments of Health and Social Services of the City Council, organized this conference and other activities.
This morning the conference have been closed at the end of the workshop on 'Managing stress in the caregiver' with the presentation of certificates to twenty participants.
Tomorrow, Friday, at 19.30 in the auditorium of the Cultural the film 'Still Alice' in which the protagonist, is diagnosed with early-onset disease is projected.
And this Saturday, a storyteller 'Grandma needs kisses' with the Association 'Tribe' in the library at 12 noon will be held.
The Association notes that "the aim of these talks and workshops is to provide information to improve the quality of care to the sick, and the situation of carers."
